Adding Other Reserved Ticket Layouts and Triggers to go with them

Currently for our ceremony we have two types of tickets for our VIPS. Award Seating and Dean Seating. Both require different information. Unfortunately, since there is only one reserved ticket layout, we are not able to add any information that would help distinguish if a ticket is Dean seating or if it is Award seating.
We are triaging this by adding two separate emails in the email templates but we are limited when adding the trigger function of sending a VIP ticket when reserved ticket is sent to only one specific email template. In our case we would need to switch back and forth from Dean Seating email and Award Seating.
It would be great to have different VIP ticket layouts and also the triggers to connect to them so if I send a ticket to someone in Dean seating and then send a Award seating ticket it will trigger the specific email template assigned to it.

I like this idea, having the option to have an additional reserved type could be used for either another VIP type ticket or as an option for sending out GA tickets to guests that are not associated with a student.
