Background of tickets customizable for color coding

We have 5 events that happen in one day at one facility and it would be helpful for us to be able to get people to the correct location quickly if we could color code the background of both the email and the ticket itself. That way our ushers don't have to seat and read the ticket but instead upon a glance recognize the background and are able to point the guest in the correct direction.

Hey Karla Kay Edwards - Thanks for this suggestion, it’s a great idea and something we’ve heard from other schools as well.
Right now, the best way to visually distinguish groups is to add clear text labels to the ticket layout (for example, a large, bold “GROUP RED” or “SECTION A”) so ushers can identify the correct area at a glance.
We’re exploring more flexible visual options for digital wallet passes in the future, but don’t have a timeline yet. For now, prominent text labels on tickets are the most reliable and accessible way to achieve what you’re looking for.
