We were unable to upload the barcodes from the Gold (yellow) cards (produced after cut off date for Tassel to extract data from the portal and prepare the Director software) into the Tassel portal, which prevented scanning these late additions during check-in using tablet with the Tassel App (not laptop with the Director Software).

Thanks for raising this. At the moment, late-added graduates created in the Tassel Hub cannot be assigned a pre-existing Gold Card code as their Stage Pass.
This is a known challenge for ceremonies that use stage passes as tickets, especially when late graduates are added after the data cutoff. We’ve logged this request and added it to our backlog for consideration.
