Thank you all so much for this detailed feedback — it’s incredibly helpful, and we hear you.
The Wallet version of any tickets/Passes have historically been more limited, and that's largely due to the constraints of the Apple and Google Wallet platforms, which enforce stricter formatting and field controls compared to our fully customizable StagePass. That said, we completely understand how critical fields like Latin Honors and Lineup Number are for managing ceremony flow and distribution logistics.
The good news is: we’re actively working on improvements here. Specifically, we’re building support to let each school choose a limited number of custom fields (GDFs) that should appear on the front of the Wallet pass — so you’ll be able to prioritize what matters most for your ceremony (like honors, lineup number, or seat assignments). We’re also exploring styling options like color-coding based on values to make on-site identification even easier.
These improvements are being designed with both the platform limitations and real-world use cases in mind, and we’ll follow up once a timeline is in place.
Thank you again for surfacing this — it’s exactly the kind of input that’s helping shape the next iteration of Wallet StagePass.

The Stage Pass Wallet version is a bare-bones version of the actual Stage Pass. Last year, I requested the ability to edit the Wallet Stage Pass and was declined. I think they have not dedicated time to this yet to begin using custom fields on the Wallet version. We have our Latin Honors listed on our main Stage Pass to make identifying those students easy upon check-in for the distribution of cords and medals. When students use the Wallet version (about 75% of them now), it only shows the dedicated information such as name, date, time, and location, etc. We had to pivot to using the scan-in feature to identify Latin Honors for each student with a Wallet since we have 700-1500 students every graduation cycle (Fall/Spring). If not, the lines melt into a slow chaos.

Same here! We've had to tell our 4.0 Processional students to print and/or take a screenshot of their Stage Pass since the mobile wallet format is missing key information for them.

Heather Kavanagh We had the same issue. We would like a lineup number or "seat number" to appear in the digital wallet version, similar to if you went to a concert or had a seat assignment on an airplane. Almost a deal breaker to not have the lineup number listed. I'm glad we're not the only ones.

Heather Violett Glad we weren't the only ones. I would think this is an easy fix - fingers crossed!
