Search for graduates function defaults to partial matches, no matter how much of a name I enter. For example, when looking for "Po Hung Lau" I have over 12 pages of matches that includes ever Laura in my ceremony. When you have thousands of students, it makes the search function useless.

I prefer exact match, but the best option would be to toggle partial or exact match.
