When a student adds an optional ceremony to their profile, I would like to see when they add it versus when they complete the form. As this is something that is not tracked, I am unsure if after the deadline, coordinators are adding them to optional Celebrations and therefore, I cannot tell if I will have a printed reader card for them or not. Also, it'll allow me to see when they add the ceremony to when they actually complete the form.
