Provide different ticket types to function inside the registration form like the current ticket question (i.e. How many guest tickets would you like? How many of those guest tickets do you need to be ADA seating?)
Then, the system could subtract the ADA request from the guest ticket request and assign them separate quantities for ADA and GA tickets automatically.
For example, I ask for 8 guest tickets and for 2 of them to be ADA. The system will generate 6 GA tickets and 2 ADA tickets automatically in the ticketing section.
Furthermore, if there is a waitlist round (or rounds), those waitlist tickets are automatically generated as GA tickets, unless the grad specified ADA.

We would like to see another reserved ticket option for faculty and staff. So allowing more ticket options.

Hi Vicky, thanks for the suggestion. Would the layouts be for different seating sections or guest type? Would you want the graduates to be able to choose the layout they are reserving?

Dan Frierdich Hi Dan, thanks for following up. The ticket layouts have different information for different categories of guests that we wouldn't want to be public. For example: VIP Guests, go to this entrance at this time. Platform Party with speaking roles go here, Platform Party without speaking roles, here. The graduates themselves are not ticketed and cannot choose a ticket layout for their guests. Graduate issued guest tickets have a General Admission layout. The assignment and issuing of "special tickets" is all manual, which works for us. I'm happy to jump on a call if that would help. Special ticket holders sometimes go to the wrong entrance so we would like any scanner to be able to recognize their tickets.

Dan Frierdich yes, that's right. The info on the layout is specific to that population and not public facing.
