It's hard to sort through all the chatbot logs that have "no data" - you should be able to sort and view only logs that have data.

I think it's currently pulling up every time a web page is loaded and the chatbot widget is activated by a website visitor, regardless of whether or not they ask it a question, which creates too many logs to sift through without meaningful data to review.
