Time Stamp Added to Student Lower-Third Name Display

Currently, we display the PNG titled, “screen -2” on the down stage monitors (DSM) for the president during commencement. He has made a request to have us display the scanning time stamps on the DSM as a picture-in-picture (PIP), please refer to PNG titled, “PIP-simulation.” Would it be possible for Tassel to develop this feature so that the output screen displays the scanning time stamps, if desired?
Ideally, we should be able to select which text labels (e.g. Records Displayed, Unrecognized, Last Scan, and/or first scan) are displayed.
Please feel free to contact us directly should you have any questions.
Sincerely,

Thank you for outlining this request in detail. This is a very interesting enhancement idea, particularly for ceremonies where leadership benefits from real-time visibility into scanning activity.
We recently deployed the updates that allow time stamps to display within the software itself, and we could potentially explore expanding that functionality to the lower-third output. That said, there are some technical considerations, especially since any changes would need to apply specifically to lower-third display configurations without impacting full-screen display setups.
We will review the feasibility of this request with our development team and evaluate how it could fit into future enhancements.
