Feature Requests

It would be nice to have more flexibility in creating graduate listing for the digital program. Our university has very specific requirements on how grad names are presented and what information goes into the program. We found the current display/formatting options to be somewhat limited in meeting our guidelines. We'd love to have the ability to select which grad data fields to include from Tassel Hub or choose formatting styles such as fonts, bolding, italics, indentation, spacing, etc.

It would be ideal if the hub and director were integrated so that we could easily identify any changes made in the Hub after the Director information was downloaded. We have had a few instances where some minor changes were made to the Hub the day that the data was downloaded for Director and it would be nice to flag those updates/changes so we can ensure they make it to the Director platform.

Currently the Tassel portal site will make 3 attempts to correctly announce the graduate's name, and they can approve or reject each attempt in a linear order.  Once an option is rejected, they cannot return to it.  Once a name is approved, it remains as so. It would be great to allow graduands to be able to loop through ALL 3 AI generated attempts and select the best one. And also allow them to revisit their selection (and the recording if applicable) and make changes at a later time.

It would be helpful if there were simple templates that customers could utilize to send messages to their grads. They could probably match up with the topics of the email templates that already exist.

When a graduate submits their Tassel form, they see a summary of their responses to all the questions. As a ceremony coordinator, it would help me avoid spending time answering graduate questions ("Did I answer X or Y?") after the form is closed. If the response summary could still be visible after the form closes, it would save a lot of time.

Would like to be able to pull a report of all graduates who RSVP'd yes for all ceremonies with a date that shows when they registered. Currently, to pull this view and see the date of registration, you have to go into each ceremony and pull individual reports. I'd like to be able to do this as one report/one time for all ceremonies. A move to a new email service will provide greater communication reliability, more features and enhanced options with both email and sms messaging

This update will focus on an upgraded user experience for ceremony administrators.

Event coordinators should be given the tools to: -export their own graduate cards in a PDF form -recreate ceremony period and copy from existing ceremonies -customize their own registration survey & site -edit their own background display

It would be nice to have a display of the last name scanned on the monitor since after scanning a handful of names, it is at the bottom of the scrolling list.
